The staff was amazing, especially Kent and the staff at the Club Lounge. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I loved the view from our room overlooking the pool area. The breakfast was delicious.

The Valet parking team deserves special recognition for their outstanding assistance during a car incident, offering free valet parking and going above and beyond even in a stressful situation. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The facilities and rooms are top-notch, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. Additionally, the location is convenient, with easy access to downtown CBD and Ponsonby Road.

The rooftop pool and Chuan Spa facilities were fantastic. The breakfast had lots of variety, including ice cream and a chocolate fountain. The executive room with lounge access was a great value for money, with fabulous staff and a fantastic lounge. The Eight restaurant is a seafood lovers dream. The hotel staff were cheerful, helpful, and even gave our sons coupons for ice creams during a small wait at check-in. The hotel was conveniently located close to everything on K-Road and the Grafton Campus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities were outstanding, including the rooftop pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we were treated to a complimentary upgrade and chocolates for our anniversary. The room was clean, spacious, and relaxing, with a very comfortable bed. We were really impressed with the wide selection of fresh food at the breakfast and dinner at Eight Restaurant. The location was also great, with only a short walk to the top of the main street and many great restaurants nearby.
Could not be improved in any way.
