The staff at this hotel are exceptional. From check-in to room service, they take great pride in making sure guests are comfortable and looked after. The restaurant has superb food and even catered to my vegetarian needs. The location is perfect for visiting famous attractions and there is a sightseeing bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel also offers complimentary limo tours.

The hotel facilities were luxurious, with extra comfortable beds and a nice view. The cleanliness was superb, with attention to detail in every corner. The staff, especially Christopher, Adam, and Mina, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, very close to many great restaurants like Cecconis, Craigs, Ivy, and the Melrose Shopping Area. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary transportation, which was a great convenience.

We also appreciated the complimentary transportation within a 2-mile radius, making it convenient for us to explore the city. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to help us with reservations and were true ambassadors for the hotel brand. The breakfast was amazing, and the entire atmosphere was cozy, romantic, and quiet. Special mention to the comfortable bed that made us feel like royalty. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, staff, and transportation.

Transportation was a breeze with the complimentary house car service, making it convenient to visit destinations within a couple of miles of the hotel.
