We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, including the rooms and common areas. The hotel looked very nice on the inside, and the staff, especially the bellboy and housekeeper, were kind and hospitable. The location was convenient for visiting our friend who lives nearby. Plus, we appreciated the free shuttle to the nearby University, making transportation easy.
Can't fault anything about it.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and were always willing to assist. The afternoon wine offered by the hotel was a delightful bonus, and the water and tea in the lobby were refreshing after a hot day. I also enjoyed borrowing the bikes provided by the hotel, which allowed me to explore the safe and convenient location of this city. Additionally, I had a wonderful birthday surprise with a chilled bottle of wine and a treat waiting for me in my room. The restaurant attached to the hotel served clean, healthy, and delicious food, and their cappuccino was excellent.
All was good.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for me, with stunning views of the city from my room on the 5th floor. I loved that there were plenty of food options within walking distance, including a Whole Foods. The fact that the hotel is pet-friendly was a major bonus, as I enjoyed taking my furry friend for walks in nearby Rock Creek Park. The hotel staff were exceptional, always friendly and ready to assist. They even went above and beyond when we arrived late and the garage was full, finding a solution for us.
