The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the fast response to our requests to the friendly service provided by Erika in the restaurant, they truly made our trip memorable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful rooftop terrace and breathtaking pool. The location in the Gothic Quarter was perfect, allowing us easy access to both the waterfront and a public park.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to provide for anything I needed. They were interested in assisting with everything and even helped me find a taxi when the road was closed due to a protest. The location for sightseeing was great, as it was close to everything I wanted to see in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast had lots of choices. the staff and facilities made my stay extremely enjoyable.

However, the highlight of our stay was the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views over the city's rooftops. The service provided by the staff was impeccable. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, even offering us a complimentary bottle of cava for our anniversary. The breakfast was also excellent.
