The reception/front of hotel staff were very nice and made up for the ignorant waiting staff. The gentleman we dealt with at the front desk was so helpful and lovely. The room was a great size and spotlessly clean. The hotel had fabulous leisure facilities. The staff on reception were very friendly and accommodating. The deluxe room we stayed in was very big and spacious.
It was all superb.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially John at reception, made us feel like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had great facilities, including a lovely bar with attentive staff and a delicious food menu. We were also impressed with the efficient and friendly service during breakfast. The location was very convenient, with easy access to main roads and close proximity to local attractions.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided fast and efficient service. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of the city center. We had a great experience at the hotel. The location was close to the city center and Aut Even Hospital, making it convenient for us. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and the staff were very attentive and helpful.
