We had a fantastic stay at a luxury hotel in downtown. The room was large, luxurious, and felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The bathroom was exceptional, with a separate tub and shower. The hotel facilities were beautiful, including the lobby and public spaces. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the concierges. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. The hotel's location was convenient, with major tourist attractions within walking distance. We also appreciated the affordable parking and transportation options available, which saved us money during our stay in the area.
Nothing that we didn't like.
The gentleman at the executive lounge went above and beyond, offering assistance with my 2-year-old and even giving us a bag of sweets. The hotel excelled in providing excellent service and attention to detail. The location was close to most attractions and the hotel facilities, including the spacious gym and jacuzzi, were fantastic.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and a well-maintained lobby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spacious bathroom with a luxurious shower and tub. The location was perfect, being close to the Fine Arts Institute and Millennium Park, making it easy to explore the cultural attractions of this city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing me with all the information I needed during my stay.
