We had an incredible stay at this hotel for my wife's 60th Birthday. The suite we got was amazing with a full kitchen and living area. The staff left a sweet greeting note in our room, which was a kind gesture. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The hotel facilities, including the pool and beach area, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The free shuttle service to the city center was very convenient, running every hour on the hour and picking up at 2 convenient downtown locations. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered champagne at check-in. The king oceanview presidential suite was spacious and had a full-size kitchen, living room, and a nice master bedroom. The two bathrooms were equipped with jetted bathtubs and showers, providing plenty of space for getting ready. The balcony offered a stunning waterfront view, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The hotel's free shuttle service to downtown was a convenient perk, as it only took about 5 minutes to reach Mallory Square and Duval Street. the customer service and amenities were excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The three bedroom suite was perfect for my family, and we loved spending time together in the sitting area/kitchen/dining room. The location on the water was so peaceful, and we enjoyed renting bikes from the hotel to ride around the area. Watching the sunset was an amazing experience, and the hotel even provided bikes with front and back lights for safety. The food at the pool area and breakfast buffet was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch.

The hotel had clean rooms with walk-out access to the pool. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was not far from the city center and had easy access to the beach.
