We had a fantastic stay with stunning room decor, spacious bathroom, and an amazing bathtub. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a late check-out. We thoroughly appreciated their kindness. The restaurant was a must-visit, with delicious food and great service. The hotel gym and lobby were also great additions to our stay. The location in the West Loop area was perfect, with numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance. We were also grateful for the hotel's willingness to assist us in retrieving an item we left in an Uber.

We loved the clean and modern Zen suite with fantastic views of the neighborhood. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially the front desk team. The gym and steam bath provided excellent facilities for a complete workout and relaxation experience. The hotel's location in the West Loop area was perfect, surrounded by a variety of superb restaurants within walking distance. The lobby was beautiful, and the food and drinks at the rooftop were exceptional.

I had a perfect stay with amazing attention to detail. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom with its soaking tub and walk-in rain shower was impressive. The views from my corner suite were breathtaking, and the hotel's location in the West Loop, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance, was ideal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I especially appreciated their willingness to help with a lost item.
