I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The hotel's location right in downtown near the Loop and various amenities was perfect. I loved how easy it was to access Lake Shore Drive for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great. The view from my room was breathtaking, giving me a great view of the city skyline. The hotel also provided ample towels and a comfortable robe to make my stay even more enjoyable.

We were incredibly impressed by the front desk staff's accommodating nature. They ensured our classic room reservation had double beds and even extended our check-out time by two hours. The room was great, with a Keurig coffee machine and an iHome for iPhone 5, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's central location provided amazing views of the city, including Navy Pier and the riverside. Moreover, we found it convenient to explore downtown Chicago on foot as it was within easy walking distance of most attractions and shops. The cleanliness, comfort, and reasonable pricing of the rooms were also noteworthy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and I loved the fact that it was on a higher floor with a view of the city. The location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance to Michigan Ave, shops, and even a Dunkin' Donuts right next door. It was also conveniently located near the city walk and offered easy access to the "Magnificent Mile." The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and couldn't have asked for more.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is super close to Navy Pier and just a short walk to Millennium Park. We loved coming back to this hotel after a busy day exploring the city. The staff was very helpful and quick to resolve any issues we had, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Our spacious corner room had amazing views of the river and Navy Pier, with approximately 30+ feet of windows. The modern design and abundance of windows made the room feel bright and airy. The hotel facilities were maintained at an extremely high standard, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the eco-friendly approach of the hotel's staff, who cleaned up exactly the way we wanted it done.

The staff, particularly Veronica, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's reward system was unique and impressive, allowing me to opt-out of daily room cleaning and receive a $10 daily credit. This made my stay efficient and environmentally friendly.
