The convenience of the location, from being able to easily walk or take a boat to the Universal Studio theme parks, to the abundance of facilities on property, such as bars, restaurants, and entertainment options.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is within walking distance of the theme park and there is also a convenient boat ride available. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast at the Trattoria was delicious and served in a beautiful setting.
Nothing to complain about at all.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the hotel grounds being well-maintained. The free boat and bus transportation to the parks made getting around a breeze. The Club Lounge level was perfect for me as an allergic person, as there were no dogs or pets allowed. The price may seem high at first, but when you consider the included transportation, free food in the Club Lounge, and FastPasses, it was definitely worth it. I also enjoyed the real porcelain and cutlery at breakfast, even though the coffee cups were made of paper. The relaxed atmosphere and convenient water taxi ride to the parks were great too.
Don't have any issues at all.
The location in the piazza was fantastic, with a lovely path along a canal that made it easy to walk to the nearby park. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
