We loved the amazing breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Transportation was convenient, with a river flowing out to the sea just down the coast. There was also a beautiful lagoon area a short walk down the beach.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the grounds was immaculate and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Marcos the concierge, provided exceptional service, helping me make dinner reservations and adding special touches to my room for a birthday celebration. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the 5th Avenue center and transportation options. The breakfast options were delicious and the quality of food at the restaurants, both the seafood and steakhouse, was outstanding. I felt well-treated and had a wonderful end to my travels.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. The resort felt very secure, and the all-inclusive package truly meant no extra charges except for tipping and after-hours room service. The four restaurant options were fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was especially delicious. The hotel had a variety of activities and games planned, and the reservation and check-out process was smooth. Our room was cleaned nicely every day, and the swimming pool was large and enjoyable.
Everything is what we need and want.
I loved the variety of food at the buffet, with different kinds of dishes to choose from. The bathroom in my room was spacious, with a big stand-up shower and two large sinks. There was even a balcony where my girlfriend could smoke. The hotel's pool was conveniently located near our room, and we could easily access the ocean via a train that came by every 15 minutes.
