We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was very convenient, with a tram stop right opposite and main attractions just a short taxi ride away. The hotel had exceptional spa facilities and high levels of cleanliness throughout. The room service food was of a high quality and arrived quickly.

As two women travelers, we found the hotel to be in a great location in the center of town, making it easily accessible for transportation. After a long day of sightseeing, we were pleased to find many great restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good selection. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and represented the establishment in the best possible manner.

Everything was top notch at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. The staff, especially Zsusanna, were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel's location was perfect - close enough to walk to all areas of the city.
