We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-kept hotel facilities. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and CityWalk within just 8-10 minutes. The parking was convenient and the transportation options, including the hotel taxi service, made it easy to explore other areas like outlet malls. The staff went above and beyond, always making sure we had everything we needed.
Everything was spot on.
The size of the hotel was perfect, not too big or overwhelming. The location was exceptional, especially for park lovers. The fast pass allocation made a huge difference and was worth every penny. The atmosphere with rock music and memorabilia was unique and added to the overall experience. The pool area was lively and the activities for kids were great.
The restaurants and snack bar were overpriced. There was a wait for food and drinks at the pool.
I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect as it was just a 5-minute walk to the first Universal park. Being so close to the park made it incredibly convenient for me to get to the attractions quickly. Plus, this hotel provided me with an automatic fast pass for both parks, which allowed me to skip the long queues and have more time for fun. The staff were amazing and always made me feel welcome, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The pool area was fantastic, especially for kids, with attentive lifeguards and even speakers underwater. The refurbished rooms were so comfortable, with beds that felt like heaven. And let me tell you, the lobby was stunning, with beautiful decor that really set the mood.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool bar and the relaxing Velvet bar. We loved the convenience of the self parking, which was easy and reasonably priced. The location was perfect, with the hotel being just a 4-minute walk or a 5-minute boat ride away from all the Universal Studio Theme parks. The free express pass provided with the room key made our visit to Universal Studios a breeze, saving us hours of waiting in line. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable.
