We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very pleasant and check-in was a breeze. We were able to have our room early. The facility was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very kind and accommodating. We loved the gym - there were plenty of options for fitness enthusiasts. The location was great, as we were close to restaurants, shops, and fishing and sailing charters. We also liked having a Starbucks onsite for our morning coffee. It was the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right on a beautiful beach with a direct path from the hotel. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with an amazing pool area and a comfortable and lovely open seating area. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was good to very good, and the omelette center, in particular, was off the charts. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds with great pillows.
I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel. The beach and poolside restaurant were absolutely fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was away from the busier and noisier parts of the city.

We had a fantastic time staying at this beachfront hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spotless pool areas and a beautiful beach right at our doorstep. The rooms were spacious and clean, and having a balcony was a great plus. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with attentive poolside service and a special mention to Teresa, the bartender at the Pool Bar and Sand Bar, who provided excellent service and remembered us each day. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty to do nearby, including easy access to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and staff made our vacation truly unforgettable.
There was nothing we didn't like. However, we advise being cautious when using taxis, Ubers, or drivers not affiliated with the hotel in this city.
I absolutely loved the facility & location of this hotel. It was in great proximity to many fishing and sailing charters, which was perfect for me. The hotel's extensive open seating area just off the lobby was super comfortable and lovely. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. I found the hotel facilities to be fantastic, especially the beach bar and the Starbucks in the lobby. The breakfast served here was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
