We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a luxurious and enjoyable experience. The convenient and affordable parking option made our stay even more hassle-free. Additionally, the location was perfect for both relaxation and entertainment, with a lovely outdoor gathering area right across the street featuring restaurants and live music. Lastly, the staff, especially Mikayla at the front desk, were outstanding in their hospitality and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
Absolutely nothing.
The hotel was conveniently located near all the museums I wanted to visit in this city. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff, especially the concierge members, were outstanding in their assistance. They were able to help with airport pick up, restaurant reservations, and special requests for the room. The hotel also had a charming old-school vibe with wonderful new updates.
Nothing not to love.
Best aspects of my stay included the spacious and recently renovated room with two king beds, providing plenty of room for my group of four. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, placing us right in the heart of the city with easy access to Dealy Plaza and the JFK museum, as well as a variety of restaurants in the local area. Additionally, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly bellmen who made us feel welcome.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The newly renovated deluxe king rooms were fabulous, clean, and spacious. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with restaurants and live music available. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old downtown area. The staff, especially Emily and Erin, were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a great experience to have a few drinks and meet Lindsey and Vanessa.
No negatives from this place.
