The location couldn't have been better, right across from the convention center and just a few blocks from Congress Avenue. It was so convenient for me as I had to attend a conference and it saved me a lot of time and hassle. Plus, there were numerous great restaurants within walking distance, offering a range of choices from affordable to more upscale options. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I appreciated having a Starbucks on-site for my morning coffee fix. The staff was also wonderful, always friendly and ready to assist. I want to give a special shoutout to the guy who worked the morning shift on June 6th - he went above and beyond to ensure my happiness.

The hotel arranged for connecting rooms for our bachelorette party, making it super convenient. The breakfast included was delicious and a great perk. The staff was extremely helpful and made our trip easy and fun. The location of the hotel was perfect and the price was great for the quality we received.

The Hilton Austin exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, providing quick check-in and excellent service. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of all the fun and excitement in the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of the downtown area from the 24th floor.

The staff, including Robert Young the front desk supervisor, Kendell, Garrett, and Ms., were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just one block away from 6th Street. The hotel also offered a refined menu for breakfast, which was a nice option to have.
